This return policy applies to interior décor services and products provided by Artisticmmatelie. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging our services.
Design consultation and planning services are non-refundable once the service has been provided. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
Returns for products and materials purchased through our services must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artisticmmatelie.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and authorize your return request.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We offer exchanges for items of equal value within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Service cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled consultations. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
